A Relationship coaching session just for you

Whenever possible, Nigel and Jenny coach you together. There is no extra charge and we find that as well as providing a greater range of expertise, we are able to bring both a male and female perspective to bear on the issues you face.

An individual coaching session is helpful if:

Only one of you is ready to seek help at the moment
You have some personal issues to deal with
You need support to help you cope with separation or divorce
You want to let go of the baggage of old relationships and learn new ways of being in a relationship

We will support you to:

Clarify what you really want
Learn to manage your emotional state and the behaviours that follow
Find extra resources to help you cope with difficult times or to strengthen your existing skills

We are located in Landford, in the New Forest, close to the Wiltshire Hampshire border.

FREE written summary

As part of our approach we offer a FREE written summary of your session and the key points you’ve decided to take action on. This will be sent to you by email, as soon as possible after your session.

FREE support between sessions

We like to make sure you are well supported between sessions. You can phone us or email us about anything that causes you concern.

SESSIONS & FEES

A session lasts up to two hours. There is no hard and fast rule about how many sessions you will need. On average people come to see us for 3 - 5 sessions to deal with the problem they are initially concerned about.

The cost per individual session is £130
