Jenny Heath
Jenny has a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies. With 17 years management experience in Local Government, including social care, education and performance, she coached people for top performance. A leader in change programmes, she also championed equality and diversity at work. She is an expert facilitator.
It has been a natural shift of emphasis to transfer to coaching people through emotional stress.
Nigel is a business graduate with 15 years experience in sales and marketing. As well as NLP, he has an RSA in counselling and is a qualified life coach. He has spent the last 14 years working as a therapist / coach helping people discover their own unique strengths, realise their potential and achieve their goals. He has a knack of pinpointing the key areas for change.

Nigel and Jenny Heath
Our journey to becoming relationship coaches has taken us through a great deal of learning, through individual study, jointly participating in group work with internationally renowned trainers and of course through our experience in one-to-one coaching and mentoring.
We are Master Practitioners of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
We have also gathered many valuable life experiences on the way! For both of us this
is our ‘second’ go at a long term relationship and we have met the delights and challenges
of raising four children as parent and step parent (we each brought two from a previous
marriage); faced financial difficulty and learnt to flex traditional family roles
around the needs and opportunities of career choices; designed, created, managed
and laboured to build our ‘special’ home in the New Forest - a great retreat where
clients find an oasis of calm and peace.
