Our services - what we do

We specialise in supporting relationships

With a good relationship everyone feels happy and fulfilled. If a relationship isn’t working well, it has the potential to dominate feelings in all areas of our lives, leaving us vulnerable to stress, under-performance and poor health.

Over the last few years we have researched the many models of relationship diagnostics and improvement tools. Having combined this knowledge with our skills in personal development technologies, our previous coaching and therapeutic experience and our own life experience, we have created a new and effective model for relationship work. This model provides clients with a wide range of new resources. We use this flexibly to suit different people and different situations. We work with the ‘uniqueness’ of every relationship brought to us:

Coaching

We see individuals when they need support through relationship breakdown and when on their way to new relationships; We see couples who want help to get their relationship back on track, or who need independent support through difficult negotiations as they separate.
We offer a FREE consultation to help people decide whether we are the right coaches for them and Couple Intensives for those times when you want to get to the heart of the issue quickly.

E-books

Because we know not everyone feels comfortable discussing personal behaviour in front of others, we are developing a range of inexpensive yet powerful e-courses for you to work through at home.

Supporting other professionals

People are generally unaware of what support is available to help them through relationship difficulties. Working with a range of other professionals makes our services more accessible. Solicitors are able to refer their clients to reputable coaches, while at the same time providing both legal and emotional support through times of stress. Health professionals too, find our services useful if emotional support is more appropriate than a clinical intervention.

Relationships at work

Improve performance by offering support to colleagues if their couple relationship is in distress. We deliver a bespoke ‘relationships at work’ programme of individual coaching to help with those times when unhappiness at home spills over into work life .

Practitioner workshops and seminars

We have delivered a number of seminars and workshops for other practitioners, whether counsellors, hypnotherapists, mediators, coaches or people generally interested in personal development.  These are based on the model we have developed and integrate our own learning and experience with established research and development technologies.

Education

Although we have a long-term goal of educating people on how to keep their relationships on track, sadly most of our work is about coaching people through times of difficulty. However, we have much enjoyed opportunities to talk about what we do. Mini workshops offer a fun way of adding to your knowledge and skills - and are great value for money.

We bring two very different, yet natural styles to our presentations and facilitation and also offer presentations on relationship issues.
