The principle of our approach is that our clients remain in charge of their development - we do not ask anyone to change who they are, just what they do.

Improve performance

When relationships are under pressure, the results can be measured in increased absenteeism and staff turnover or reduced productivity. If you cannot remove all the stress factors, what can companies do to help people cope?

The Relationship People help to improve awareness of current behaviour and widen choice of responses. Where it is not possible to change circumstances which cause tension, we concentrate on coaching strategies and techniques, to help cope with the situation.

Individual coaching with employees

Modern appraisal systems allow  employees to voice concerns but cannot address the sensitive issues that arise beyond the workplace. Our one-to-one coaching can deal with those issues that are ‘out of bounds’ for managers. We can also help with improving communication, inter-personal skills and behaviour, by teaching a broader range of responses in stressful situations.

EMPLOYERS

Do you have people working with  you whose home relationship is unhappy?

Is it affecting their work?

How can you offer support, when you cannot interfere?

EMPLOYEES

Do you work in a high pressured environment ?
Does it put your home relationships at risk?

Who do you turn to for support?

Relationships at Work

Sometimes the pressure caused by a poor relationship is too immense to stop the effects spilling over into the workplace.
