Couples coaching
Whenever possible we like to see you both together.
This allows us to observe your patterns of communication and behaviour, while also asking careful questions to find out more about what you really want to have happen.
A couple coaching session provides a safe place for negotiations and exploration of where you are now and where you want to be
It is helpful when:
- You feel stuck as a couple and want to find a way forward
- You want to learn ways to strengthen your relationship
- An outside perspective would be useful to help you deal with the little things that make or break relationships
- Your partnership is at an end but you still need to negotiate a way forward or deal with your emotions
We will support you to:
- Be clear about what you really want
- Clarify your roles
- Find extra resources to help you cope
- Share the values and beliefs that keep you where you are

We are located in Landford, in the New Forest, close to the Wiltshire Hampshire border.

As part of our approach we offer a FREE written summary of your session and the key points you’ve decided to take action on. This will be sent to you by email, as soon as possible after your session.
FREE support between sessions
We like to make sure you are well supported between sessions. You can phone us or email us about anything that causes you concern.

FEES
A coaching session lasts between one and two hours .
The cost for the first hour is £100.00. Additional time is charged at £50.00 per hour. Expect your first session to last 2 hours.
