We are are full time Relationship Coaches
We specialise in support for individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties:
- Wanting to repair their relationship
- going through divorce or separation
- rebuilding their lives after breakdown.
Using a non-judgemental approach, we listen to clients’ stories, help them to reflect and learn from their experiences and develop resources and strategies to build a path to the future they want.
We coach clients together:
- Couples benefit as they both feel their views are equally this paid attention. It also allows for separate, individual work within the same coaching session.
- Individuals often benefit from the balanced of male and female perspectives.
Our approach and background
We are both Master Practitioners of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Facilitators of Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling and accredited Life Coaches. As co-developers of The Relationship People model, which incorporates co-coaching, NLP, Clean Language and the principles of John Gottman, we have share our experiences at conferences, workshops and talks across the UK.
Our journey to becoming relationship coaches has taken us through a great deal of learning: through individual study, through jointly participating in group work with internationally renowned trainers and of course through our experience in one-to-one coaching and mentoring and in group facilitation.
A bit more about who we are
We have gathered many valuable life experiences on the way! For both of us this is our ‘second go’ at a long term relationship.
- We have met the delights and challenges of raising four children as parent and step parent as we each brought two children from our previous marriages.
- We have faced financial difficulties together and learnt to flex traditional family roles around the needs and opportunities of career choices.
- We have designed, created, managed and laboured to build our ‘special’ home in the New Forest - a great retreat where clients find an oasis of calm and peace.
- We have weathered the joys and tensions of learning to work together. On the way we have discovered the depth of the passion we share for what we do.
