Our approach is to enable men and women to take personal responsibility for their happiness. Our priority is to help both parties to a relationship to be true to themselves. Although we love a happy ending, sometimes this means the relationship itself cannot continue.
Is there an ideal relationship?
We don’t work to a ‘gold standard’ of relationships - you won’t find us telling you “this is the way it should be”, or to follow our lead. Instead, we believe everyone brings their own unique mix of who they are to their relationship and in doing so, two people create their own model of what works best for them. Sometimes they just haven’t worked it all out yet!
Do men and women change?
Men and women are different - and the latest research from neuro-scientists is proving how much of that difference is hard-wired by the way our brains are constructed. While it is helpful to understand these differences, it doesn’t mean that men and women are locked into pre-ordained roles. Yes, men and women can adopt different roles and change the way they behave, if they want to.
What happens when you are coached by Nigel and Jenny?
We have created a model for relationship coaching built on the work of John Gottman, who has identified the patterns of (un)successful relationships, our knowledge of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), symbolic modelling, clean language, story telling and other leading edge personal development systems.
This model guides our approach to relationship coaching, which helps you to:
How is our coaching different?
We love co-coaching, which allows us to bring double the resources to each coaching session. With both male and female perspectives represented, we can explore behaviours which appear to be ‘hard-wired’ because of gender.
We blend the traditional coaching model of looking forward to future goals, with therapeutic interventions to deal with less than useful patterns from the past.
We have created an approach to relationship coaching, which allows us to identify patterns and blend the best mix of solutions and strategies for different people and different circumstances.
A coaching session lasts between one and two hours.
The first hour for an individual costs £80.00 and for a couple £100.00.
Additional hours are charged at £40.00 for individuals and £50.00 for couples.
Expect your first session to be a double session.
We normally coach together There is no extra charge for this.

All the elements of our programme are designed to increase awareness of where you are and where you want to be, to improve communication and increase flexibility of behaviour.
